Would you make the cut FLAG

Would you make the cut?

There was a time when getting the job meant proving you belonged there.

No shortcuts. No participation trophies. No lowering the standard.

The Would You Make the Cut Flag is a nod to the generations of firemen who came before us and a challenge to the ones carrying the job forward.

Would you meet the standard?
Would you put in the work?
Would you make the cut?

Hang it in the firehouse, apparatus bay, gym, garage, or anywhere that could use a reminder that the standard still matters.
